Your trip to Europe should be an amazing journey full of exploration and wonder. A journey that is filled with memorable sights, sounds and fun! Looking to do a fun cooking class, or maybe have dinner in a chef's home? What about creating a signature scent with the help of a master perfumer? Castles or museums? Ferrari factories, Michelin restaurants and more - We'll plan a journey focused on the destination and areas you would like to explore while making recommendations on activities, and ensuring that your travel is stress free and seamless. We'll ensure you have transfers, air, and wonderful accommodations in some of the best properties in each city.
During your initial consultation, we will discuss both of your expectations, and your list of must see's and do's. Be prepared for us to ask lots of questions, narrowing down the perfect cities and properties for a fully customized trip! We'll discuss how using our services can benefit you and what you can expect while working with us! A trip development fee or retainer will then be determined depending on your needs, and the complexity of the trip.
Once the fee is paid, the next step involves us researching the options based on your feedback. Your handcrafted itinerary will usually involve many phone calls with European suppliers and hoteliers to determine availability and current pricing. We hand pick accommodations and activities that we believe will be a perfect fit for you both, and present them to you in a visual format so that you can see and experience the selections we chose.
During this process, you can make adjustments to dates, add or remove activities, and fine tune the selections, until we have a uniquely memorable trip that includes all of the components you are seeking. This is usually when the deposit will become due. Once a deposit has been received, we'll reserve all of the components, and you can continue to make payments on your trip, up until the final payment date, which is usually due about 60 days before departure.
Final documents will be delivered to you approximately 2 to 3 weeks before departure and will include your itinerary n hard copy format as well as a mobile version. It will also include extra information like maps, packing checklists, tipping guidelines, destination information and more!
