In some cases, countries may require visas to be secured prior to travel. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the proper travel documentation (passports, visas, identification, vaccinations, etc) in order to travel abroad.
We strongly suggest confirming your travel documentation needs with the proper government agencies: www.travel.state.gov. Foreign nationals should contact their government for further details and requirements. Guests traveling without proper documentation may be denied boarding and will not be entitled to a refund. Reconfirm your Flights 24 Hours Prior: Romantics Travel advises you personally to re-confirm your flight schedule within 24 hours prior to departure directly with the airline in case of any last minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow you to check in online 24 hours prior to departure using the “Record Locator” (found in your travel documents). Flight details including departure times are always subject to change by the airlines and are not under the control of Romantics Travel.
Airline Check in: We strongly recommend you check in to the airport no later than two (2) hours prior to scheduled flight departure time, or (3) hours if flying internationally. Please also note that baggage fees may apply.
Baggage Fees: Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies it is suggested that you inquire with your airline's website for up-to-date fees & information. Romantics Travel is NOT responsible for any additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. Please review "Updated Checked Bag and Carry-on Bag Rules" at
Airline Schedule Changes and Cancellations Occasionally airlines change flight schedules, & may even cancel flights entirely. These changes are beyond Romantics Travel's control. In the event that such a situation were to occur; Romantics Travel will assist you with finding best possible alternate option(s). If the flight time change is minor (4 hours or less) the airline will automatically make the change (airline policies/rules entitle them to legally do so). Please Note: there may be additional costs to re-book a new flight should the airline cancel or make a major change to your original flight itinerary. Romantics Travel is NOT responsible for any additional costs or fees imposed by the airlines. Prices will not increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes, fuel or fees.

Romantics Travel will provide a sample form if needed. Romantics Travel is not responsible for lack of compliance to provide proper documentation to the airport authorities. It is the responsibility of the traveler & the traveler’s parents/guardians to provide proper documentation.

Romantics Travel reserves the right to charge a nonrefundable $75 per person administrative fee payable before cancellation will be processed. Any additional supplier penalties will apply. Regarding Airline tickets: if Romantics Travel purchases your tickets, they are 100% non-refundable and subject to individual airline penalties/restrictions/fees (see insurance below). Information regarding your travel provider's terms and conditions as well as cancellation policies were provided to you at the time of booking and can also be found online by visiting the travel provider's website directly.
Travel Insurance: Romantics Travel strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Protection that can help minimize the monetary loss incurred due to unforeseen events beyond your control such as: cancellation, missed connections, baggage loss, trip delay, and especially medical emergencies. Romantics Travel offers travel protection options at the time of quote for Travel Insurance and you must accept or decline this insurance in writing.
Declining travel insurance would result in the loss of all funds paid towards the trip, if cancellation is required. We make every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase until paid in full due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components of your package.
Trip Invoice and Travel Documents: Please read through the invoice immediately. Misprints, misspellings, or incorrect dates that have been provided by you on the trip reservation/booking form are not the responsibility of Romantics Travel. Therefore we strongly urge you to review the invoice once the trip reservation has been made and notify us of any errors that same day. Travel documents will normally be sent to you no later than ten (10) days prior to departure date.
Honeymoon & Anniversary Travelers: You MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate to qualify for applicable honeymoon/anniversary packages (photo copy is recommended). Failure of proof of marriage may result in denial of applicable privileges. Please notify Romantics Travel if you are celebrating a Honeymoon or Anniversary so that they can note this in your reservation. Typically, the resort will honor these packages up to 30 days before or after your honeymoon/anniversary date.
HOTEL & RESORT CHECK IN: Check-in time at most hotels/resorts is 3:00pm (local time). If you arrive prior to 3:00 pm your room may not be ready.
