Our recommendations are based on years of professional experience, firsthand resort knowledge, and established relationships with destination partners.

What Happens Next
Step 1
Complete the form below to confirm your planning package and contact details.
Step 2
You will receive the official planning agreement via Adobe Sign outlining our full scope of services and terms
Step 3
An invoice for the planning fee will be sent.
Step 4
Once the agreement is signed and the planning fee is received, we will begin the next steps which is a planning call for the resort selection process.
PLANNING PACKAGES
Romantics Travel offers multiple levels of destination wedding planning support depending on the level of assistance desired by the wedding couple.
Forever Signature Planning Package
Full wedding planning support including participation in resort planning calls and on-site attendance at the wedding. Limited to two per year.
Romantics Travel Experience Planning Package
Our most popular option. Includes comprehensive travel coordination and planning guidance throughout the process.
Basic Room Block Planning Package
Ideal for smaller wedding groups requiring no wedding planning coordination or assistance
Important Planning Policies
Planning Fee
A non-refundable planning fee is required to begin services and will be outlined in your invoice and formal agreement.
Resort Selection Timeline
Couples are expected to select a destination and resort within approximately three months of receiving recommendations.
Room Block Coordination
Guest accommodations for the wedding will be coordinated through Romantics Travel to ensure proper group benefits and guest support.
Planning Scope
Romantics Travel serves as your travel advisor and group travel coordinator. Detailed ceremony planning is managed by the resort’s wedding department unless the Signature Planning Package is selected.
