This resort has 2 different rates, a room only rate and an all-inclusive rate.
You must book in the wedding block to obtain the all-inclusive rate.

cancellation info
Cancellations should be made in writing directly with the Hotel's Reservations Department. Cancellation requests can be sent via e-mail using groupsreservations@haciendadelmar.com.mx alternately cancellation requests can be made by calling the hotel's Reservations Department from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Sunday (local time). Your reservation is not cancelled until a Cancellation Number is generated. Please request that the Cancellation Number be sent to you in writing by e-mail or verbally when you call.
A. If cancellation is received at any time from the date of reservation through sixty-one (61) days prior to the guest's scheduled arrival date (by 5:00 p.m. Hotel local time), a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night's room and tax will be assessed.
B. If cancellation is received within sixty (60) days or less prior to the guest's scheduled arrival date, the reservation shall be considered non-cancelable and non-refundable, and a cancellation fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total room revenue for the reserved stay (room and tax) will be assessed as liquidated damages.
