• If Traveling Internationally: 

  • Work on Your Passports if you haven't already.  Remember, the name you booked your trip under must match your passport books exactly. Please ensure your application matches what you entered on the reservation booking form. If you need help applying for a passport, please visit this page HERE.

• Send me a picture of your passport books: Once your passport books are received, please send me a copy of the passport picture page through the secure server link HERE. This accomplishes two things. First it helps verify your passport number and expiration, so that I can enter it into the airline reservation system. Second I will store the copy for you, in case of an unfortunate event like losing your passports in a foreign country. If that happens, I will be able to provide you a copy which will help expedite the replacement.

• Airline Seating: Please note that sitting together is often not guaranteed. The airlines often block seating or offer limited or scattered seat selection upon booking.  I will always try to seat you next to your party when available, and am successful about 90% of the time.  If you would like to confirm seat selection or make any changes, please go to the airlines website and use the 6 digit record locator number found on your receipt. From there, you will be able to see what is available, as well as pay for any additional upgrades. You do have the option of waiting till the day of your flight and ask the ticket counter to be seated together.

• Payments: If you're paid in full - then this paragraph does not apply: If you paid a deposit, then this applies: You can make payments in any increment and amount you wish by e-mailing us to let me know the amount you wish to pay, and that you would like to use the credit card on file. Or you can simply wait until your final payment due date, and pay the remaining balance then. If you wish to use a different credit card than the original one you booked with for a payment, PLEASE CLICK HERE.

• Activities: About a month before your trip, I'll send you over a list of popular activities in your destination, and you can decide if you would like to pre-book any excursions, or you can simply wait till you get to the resort/ship and use their activity desk.

• Final Documents: Your final documents will arrive to your address about 2 to 3 weeks before you depart along with full instructions. Most of my couples have never flown before, so I make sure that they have everything they need within the documents. When you receive your final docs, you can also call me and we can go over them together.

• Friend me on Facebook: If you have a Facebook account, please friend me personally on Facebook, so I can keep track of you while you are traveling. This will also make it easier to get in touch with me using the resort/ship's wi-fi.
