Below you will find the agreement we share with all prospective clients, which outlines our Professional Trip Retainer and how we work together.
Because of the level of personalization involved and our commitment to providing concierge level service, Romantics Travel accepts a limited number of couples at any given time. Every recommendation we make is rooted in years of hands-on experience and professional expertise. All we ask in return is a shared commitment to the planning process.
One of the greatest benefits of working with a Professional Travel Consultant is saving time, stress, and costly missteps. Your trip is a meaningful investment, and it deserves more than the limitations of online booking engines like Expedia or Orbitz, which offer none of the advocacy, insight, or added value that comes with a dedicated advisor in your corner.

Using our expertise, we carefully select hotels, tours, and flight options that align with your needs. We also leverage our trusted supplier relationships to secure the best overall value and design a detailed itinerary that supports a seamless, enjoyable experience. Once you are traveling, we remain available to you with 24/7 support.

To ensure we are able to dedicate the necessary time and care to each client, we require a professional retainer. One hundred percent of this retainer is returned to you once your trip begins, provided your booking is completed through our agency. If you decide not to proceed, cancel your plans, or book elsewhere, the retainer converts to a service fee that compensates us for the time and expertise already invested.
Please note that your professional retainer includes up to three customized quotes. Any additional quotes beyond the first three are subject to a $25 surcharge per quote. Once your first quote is delivered, you will have 30 days to place a deposit on a booking.
