HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING THE PROCESS:

Imagine a surprise getaway or mystery honeymoon where you both don't know the destination until the day of departure! The excitement of the unknown is all part of the process!

 

Together, we'll plan a journey focused on your wants, needs, and parameters, while keeping  the both of you in mind. We'll ensure that your journey is as stress free and seamless as possible by providing you professional advice and our expertise to ensure an a amazing experience.

 

During your consultation, we will discuss both of your expectations, your budget, and all of your ideas for your surprise getaway or blindfold honeymoon. We will talk about where you have been so far, your ideal aspirations, and how you picture your days spent. We will also talk about your activity level, and your favorite things to do. Expect us to talk about what is important to you both, and what you hope to garner from this experience.  Be prepared for us to ask lots of questions, narrowing down the perfect location and accommodations for a truly memorable and unique trip! We'll also discuss how using our services can benefit you and what you can expect while working with us!  Pricing for our professional trip planning and design service will be determined based upon your unique trip parameters.

Once you've committed to our services, the next step involves us researching the perfect options based on your feedback, and our experience with the destination we choose for you.  We will send you an invoice.

 

All of the necessary components of your surprise getaway will be included:

• roundtrip flights

• accommodations

• roundrip transfers or rental vehicle

• activities

 

We'll also let you know about the minimum deposit and the final payment date.

Once a deposit has been received, we'll make the reservation along with each component. You can continue to make payments on your trip up until the final payment date, which is usually due about 2 months before your leave.

Your final documents will be delivered to you approximately  2 to 3 weeks before your departure, and  will include all of the important details of your trip, like when to arrive at the airport, as well as extra information like maps, packing checklists, tipping guidelines, luggage tags, and more. There will also be a special envelope that you will not open until you are at the airport with your surprise destination! Avoid the urge to open it before then!
