We notify the resort in advance that you are our special clients, to ensure you receive any available perks and amenities for your stay. Because of our relationships with travel suppliers and hotels, we can often get extra special touches that our clients don’t have access to.

Fourth, our job doesn’t stop when you book your travel. We go the extra mile to recommend activities and will help pre-book the reservations, golf tee times or shore excursions. We also prepare our clients for travel, so there are no surprises. We remind you to check if your passports are current, assist with area information, help you with packing advice, and even tipping guidelines to ensure a seamless experience.

Finally, we're ONE phone call away. We pride ourselves in ensuring that you have 24/7 access to us while you are traveling. If you experience any unexpected surprises or hiccups during your travel like a missed connection or transportation not picking you up, know that you only have one phone call to make, and we will help you with the next steps.
