IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THIS RESORT

Standard check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. local time.
For guests wishing to check-in early, a fee of $500 MXN per adult 13 years or older and $250 MXN for children ages 3 – 12 will be enforced.
Additionally, for guests bringing a car who wish to check-in early, a flat rate of $50 MXN per vehicle will be implemented on check-in day.
Upon arrival and payment of these fees, guests checking in early will have access to all amenities on property, including restaurants, pools, and activities. Guestrooms will be assigned at the resort’s earliest convenience but are not guaranteed until 3:00 p.m. local time.
