• Sandals is a couples resort with only king beds. Rates are for two people in a room,
• If one person is in a room, the price is higher.
• Roundtrip airport transportation from Montego Bay International Airport (MBJ) is included.
• A $400 non refundable deposit per room is due by MAY 1, 2026 to secure your room.
• We have a limited number of discounted rooms, available first come, first served.
• The resort is expected to sell out. Waiting will result in no availability.
• After May 1, 2026, additional rooms can be requested but are not guaranteed and subject to prevailing rates.

Sandals offers three room categories: Luxury, Club, and Butler. The main difference comes down to service level and added amenities.
Luxury Level Rooms
Luxury Level rooms include all of the signature Sandals all-inclusive features at the lowest price point.
You’ll enjoy:

This category is perfect if you plan to spend most of your time enjoying the resort and do not need extra in-room services.
Club Level Rooms
Club Level rooms offer an upgraded experience with added comfort, service, and convenience.
Club Level includes everything in Luxury Level, plus:
• Room service from 7 AM to 10 PM
• Personalized arrival with Club Sandals Concierge
• Private check-in at the Club Sandals Lounge
• In-room orientation and welcome packet
• Access to the Club Sandals Lounge from 8 AM to 10 PM
The Club Lounge features snacks, pastries, tea and coffee, books, games, and a comfortable space to relax, especially during downtime or brief rain showers.
Club Level rooms also include an upgraded in-room bar with juice, soda, water, Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks® wine, local beer, and a variety of liquors, all replenished upon request.
The Club Sandals Concierge can assist with dining reservations, tours, spa appointments, private dinners, beach cabanas, and activity planning, making this a great option if you enjoy a little extra pampering without going all-in on butler service.
Butler Level Rooms
Butler Level is the highest room category at Sandals and includes all Luxury and Club Level amenities, plus personalized butler service. Your butler will assist with unpacking, reserving beach and pool chairs, arranging dining and activities, delivering room service, and coordinating special requests. Butler Level rooms also include premium liquor selections and access to exclusive areas, depending on the resort. This category is ideal for guests who want maximum service, convenience, and a fully hands-off vacation experience. We do not have butler level rooms in this room block. TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN FOR YOUR VACATION
We strongly advise that you take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you. The Travel Protection Plan payment is required in full. The coverage amount applies to all the guests traveling. Once paid, the travel protection Plan is non-refundable
ABOUT THE TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN
Purchase our comprehensive travel protection plan for only $140 per adult (from January 3 - December 20) or for $150 per adult (from December 21 - January 2).
This highly recommended plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for any reason prior to departure. Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure. Trip insurance is offered by a third party but can be purchased online on the last step of the booking engine. Price will be added to the total vacation price.
The travel protection plan payment is required in full and once paid, the plan is non-refundable. The coverage amount applies to all guests traveling.
Change For Any Reason: Cancel resort stay and use travel certificate for later travel.
Cancel For Covered Reason: 100% refund on your flights and on unused portion of your resort stay.
You Also Get Protection For: 100% refund on tours, $50,000 Emergency Evacuation, $25,000 Medical Protection, and $2,500 Baggage Protection.
When you purchase this travel protection plan by final payment due date, you also receive the Unique's Cancellation Waiver Benefit that allows you to cancel your travel arrangements up to the day of departure for any reason. With Unique's Cancellation Waiver, your land cancellation penalty will be refunded in travel certificates, with the balance of the refund made in cash or credit card credit. Any benefit payable under this Cancellation Waiver will be reduced by the amount of any cancellation benefits paid or payable by the Unique's Travel Protection Plan or any other insurance plan providing Trip Cancellation benefits. This Cancellation Waiver does not cover air arrangements or any option services such as sightseeing, spa services.
