If you haven't already - Work on Your Passports: (Skip this step if you are traveling within the USA.)
Make sure the name on your booking matches your passport exactly. Please double-check that your passport application matches the information you entered on our booking form. If you need help applying for or renewing your passport, you can visit the website HERE.

Send us a copy of your passport info: Once your passport books are received, please send us a copy of the passport picture page through our secure link server HERE. This accomplishes two things. First it helps verify your passport number and expiration, so that we can enter it into the airline reservation system. Second we will store the copy for you, in case of an unfortunate event like losing your passports in a foreign country. If that happens, we will be able to provide you a copy which will help expedite their replacement.

Add and Send Us Your Airline Loyalty Numbers: If you belong to any airline loyalty programs (like American Airlines AAdvantage, Delta SkyMiles, or United MileagePlus), please log in to your airline’s website to add your loyalty number and passport details directly to your reservation. You can also send your loyalty numbers to us so we can keep them securely on file for future trips. This ensures you always earn your miles or points automatically and saves you the hassle of adding them later.

Airline Seating: Please note that sitting together is not always guaranteed, as airlines often block or limit seat assignments until closer to departure. When we book your flights, we always do our best to seat you with your party (and are successful about 90% of the time). If you’d like to confirm or upgrade your seats, visit your airline’s website and enter the six-digit record locator number found on your receipt. You can also check with the ticket counter on the day of your flight for additional options.

Download your Airline's App: Download your airline’s mobile app for easy check-in, real-time flight updates, and access to digital boarding passes. It’s the simplest way to manage your flights and receive alerts about gate changes, delays, or baggage claim updates.

Activities: We’ll include a list of recommended activities and excursions in your final travel documents, but if you’d like to explore options sooner, just let us know! You can pre-book through us or wait until arrival and book directly with the resort’s activity desk. If you book anything independently, please forward your confirmations so we can add them to your mobile Trip Plans app.

Packing and Travel Day Tips: Double-check your airline’s baggage allowance to avoid surprise fees. Remember that most carry-on liquids must be under 3.4 oz (100 ml) and fit in a single quart-sized bag. Always keep important items like medications, jewelry, and your passports in your carry-on, not checked luggage. Final Travel Documents: Your final travel documents will be delivered digitally through your Trip Plans mobile app about 2–3 weeks before your departure. The app will include everything you need—your flight details, resort information, itinerary, and wedding or event schedule (if applicable). Be sure to keep the app handy during your trip.
