We're Booked! What's Next?

If you haven't already - Work on Your Passports: (Skip this step if you are traveling within the USA). Remember, the name you booked your trip under must match your passport books exactly. Please ensure your application matches what you entered on our booking form. If you need help applying for a passport, please visit this page HERE.

Send us a picture of your passport books: Once your passport books are received, please send us a copy of the passport picture page through our secure link server HERE. This accomplishes two things. First it helps verify your passport number and expiration, so that we can enter it into the airline reservation system. Second we will store the copy for you, in case of an unfortunate event like losing your passports in a foreign country. If that happens, we will be able to provide you a copy which will help expedite their replacement.

Airline Seating: Please note that sitting together is often not guaranteed. The airlines often block seating or offer limited or scattered seat selection upon booking. If we book your flights, we will always try to seat you next to your party when available, and are successful about 90% of the time. If you would like to confirm seat selection or make any changes, please go to the airlines website and use the 6 digit record locator number found on your receipt. From there, you will be able to see what is available, as well as pay for any additional upgrades. You do have the option of waiting till the day of your flight and ask the ticket counter to be seated together.

Download your Airline's App: Please make sure to download your airline's corresponding mobile app as well. This will help when it is time to check in and will provide you with important information about your flight.

Payments: If you're paid in full - then this paragraph does not apply: If you paid a deposit, then please go ahead and read: You can make payments in any increment and amount you wish until final payment date when the unpaid balance will be due. Or you can simply wait until your final payment due date, and pay the remaining balance then. When you are ready to make payment, PLEASE CLICK HERE.

Activities: We usually send over a link of activities you can do in your final documents. If you'd like to see the activities ahead of that time, or want to know the most popular things to do in the area, please let us know! You can decide if you would like to pre-book any excursions, or you can simply wait till you get to the hotel/resort and use their activity desk. If you do book activities with the hotel/resort or through an outside company, go ahead and forward us the confirmations so that we can add them to your mobile trip plans app.

Final Documents: Your final documents will arrive to your address about 2 to 3 weeks before you actually leave along with full instructions.
